How protection works

Clear expectations from confirmation to entry.

FindTick is an independent marketplace. Orders are fulfilled by participating ticket sellers, and the buyer guarantee takes effect after the relevant seller confirms the order.

The summary below explains the principal protections described in the uploaded FindTick policies. The complete Terms and Policies control if any summary differs from the full language.

Tickets in time

Confirmed orders are protected if valid tickets are not received in time to attend the event.

Comparable or better

If the original tickets become unavailable, a seller may fulfill the confirmed order with comparable or upgraded tickets.

Refund protection

Where the guarantee applies, the policies provide for a full refund. Event cancellation rules may exclude delivery charges already incurred.

Important conditions

What buyers should know.

Ticket inventory is unique and event circumstances can change. These conditions are important when deciding whether a refund or replacement is available.

The seller must confirm the order.

An order request is not guaranteed until the participating seller confirms availability and accepts the order.

All sales are generally final.

Tickets are one-of-a-kind inventory. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not generally available after purchase.

Postponed or rescheduled events are different from cancellations.

If the original tickets remain valid for the new date, the order generally does not qualify for a refund or credit under the policy.

Cancelled events follow the cancellation policy.

If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, refund handling is governed by the seller and the complete cancellation terms, including any treatment of delivery charges.
